Eighth Grade students, who are learning about the United States Constitution, celebrated the 234th birthday of the Constitution on September 17, 2021 in Mr. Hawes' class. The Constitution was completed and signed on September 17, 1787, in Independence Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Students listened to the "School House Rock: Constitution" song, along with another video, and sang "Happy Birthday" to the Constitution. Students then enjoyed their cake (cake made by Village Market of Gobles) as they worked on a worksheet about the Constitution.
