Gobles Elementary Thanksgiving Food Drive. Let's Share & Care November 6th thru November 17th. Elementary classes will collect the requested GOODS from the Gobles Food Pantry. The class that collects the most items will have a movie party on Tuesday, November 21 (popcorn included). Students can bring items to school and each classroom will have a collection box! Stove top stuffing, flavored pasta, instant potatoes, soups, canned fruits/vegetables, canned meats, saltine crackers, dish soap.

Tiger Talk Correction: Our monthly newsletter is coming home today and there is a correction that needs to be made. It says that the Early Release Day is Wednesday Sept. 7th. That is INCORRECT. The Early Release Day is Wednesday Sept. 14th. Sorry for the confusion and have a great Labor Day weekend!

Elementary teachers will send notes home to students letting them know their teachers for the 2022-2023 school year the week of August 15, 2022! Can't wait to see everyone soon!

Happy 100th Day of School from Gobles Elementary!

Our Elementary Halloween Parade is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 29 at 2:00. Cooler temperatures and slight rain, we WILL still plan to parade outdoors. If there is severe weather and the parade needs to be cancelled, a robocall will go out to parents. It's going to be a SPOOKTACULAR event!

Fall Count Day is Wednesday Oct. 6 Elementary students come dressed in numbers and enjoy prize drawings just for being at school that day! We want to see YOU!

Ice Cream Hike! Thurs. Sept. 23 @ 5 PM. Walk the Gobles XC trails and make ice cream. Meet in the Elementary parking lot. Sponsored by Gobles Parents Association

Gobles 7th Grade Volleyball Coach Needed. Gobles is looking to hire a 7th grade girls volleyball coach for the 2021-2022 season. Candidates must have knowledge of the game of volleyball and the ability to teach the fundamentals of the game of volleyball. Middle/High School English Teacher – Seeking a person with a strong background and thorough preparation in teaching English. The successful candidate will have the ability to make English come alive for students in the classroom. Innovative teaching techniques and good classroom management skills required. Candidate should be well read and have a thorough knowledge of English Language Arts with a proven record for improving student achievement. Must meet “highly qualified” requirements, and have a certification in teaching Middle/High School English. Coaching opportunities available.
