Dear Parents and Guardians,
Michigan Public Act (PA) 258 of 2024 mandates that starting October 1, 2025, and annually thereafter, schools in Michigan, including public school districts, intermediate school districts, charter schools and private schools, must distribute a firearm storage informational notice to the parents or legal guardians of each enrolled student.
