Gobles Middle/High School

On Wednesday the 9th of February the Physics Class, Medical Intervention Class, and Biomedical Innovation Class went on a field trip to North Muskegon Adventures Sports Park to experience the thrill of the luge; and to calculate their downhill velocities.  This fun with academics lesson was well received by our students.  At the end of the day, three young ladies and three young men were awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for having the top downhill velocities.  An excellent example of physics in our everyday life.  Thank you Mr. Lisowski for making these arrangements for our students, and for making learning fun.  Earning medals for the girls:  Gold - Kaya Huizenga, Silver - Mina Buchkowski, Bronze - Samantha Paladi.  Earning medals for the boys:  Gold - Anda Watanasiriwanich, Silver - James Goerke, Bronze - Alex Austin.  Well done all....
