Step 2: Click on “sign up now>” (located on the right hand side of the page)
Step 3: (Screen one)Enter personal contact information ensuring that first and last name match passport exactly (if middle name is listed on passport, make sure to include that as well.)
Step 4: (Screen one) Create Log In information and note these for accessing your account in the future, then click “next>”.
Step 5: (Screen two) Enter emergency contact information, then click “next>”.
Step 6: (Screen three) Verify all selections in the pricing breakdown.
**Please note travel protection is automatically selected. If you do not wish to purchase the protection, click “change selections”, select “none” for travel protection, and then click “next>” to return to the pricing breakdown. (Travel protection must be purchased at the time of enrollment, or within two weeks of sign up, to have CANCEL FOR ANY REASON PROTECTION).
**If you wish to upgrade your rooming, change your travel dates, or departure gateway, click “change selections”, make the appropriate selection, then click “next>” to return to the pricing breakdown and view your new balance.
**Before leaving the pricing breakdown page enter voucher code PlanandSave150 in the designated box and then click “redeem>” for $150 discount
Click “accept selections” to move on to the payment options.
Step 9: (Screen four) Select payment plan: payment in full, monthly automated (recommended), or 3-step manual payments.
The automated plan automatically charges your credit card or checking account each month. (The site does not take debit cards.) **The checking account option will give you an extra month to pay!!
If you choose the manual plan, you are responsible for making those payments on time by sending a check in the mail, paying online with a credit card or your checking account, or calling Explorica with a credit card number. (There is a $50 fee for all late payments.)
Travelers on the 3-step manual plan will not receive any invoices in the mail. You will receive a reminder at the email address that you provided during registration.
Step 10: (Screen four) Enter information for your first payment with a Visa, MasterCard or electronic check, and then click “next>”.
Step 11: (Screen five) Confirm all details and check all necessary boxes. Click “submit application” to complete enrollment. (You will receive a confirmation screen verifying that you registered successfully and an e-mail is sent to your inbox; if for any reason you get an error or do not receive those verifications, contact us at the number provided below).
