Parent Communications

Infinite Campus has an easy to use parent contact log built into the software. 

To access this feature:

• Select the student you made contact for
• Under Student Information select PLP
• Click on the Contact Log tab
• Select New and fill out the form
• Don't forget to Save

Student Accommodation Log

A student accommodations log is now available in Excel. After you start the log you can save the information and add to it later. To access the accommodation log:

• Open Microsoft Excel
• Click New from the File menu - Note: Clicking on the New icon on the toolbar will not work
• From the Templates dialog click on the Staff Tab
• Double Click on the template you want (Accommodation Log)

You can save the file and open it later to add additional entries. You will need a separate file for each student you are tracking. I would recommend you create a folder to store your accommodation logs.
