Take the GPS Online Stakeholder Survey-February 24 through March 9
Starting Wednesday, February 24, 2016 and continuing through Wednesday, March 9, 2016 the Annual Gobles Public Schools Online Stakeholder Survey will be available here.
Do you get the kind of information that you want from your child’s school? Are Gobles Public Schools safe and secure? How are the Gobles Public Schools preparing students for college and/or careers? These and other questions await survey-takers, who include students, staff, parents, and community. “Taking this survey is a great way to contribute to improving our schools and school system,” says Gobles Public Schools Superintendent Jeff Rehlander. “The views of each of our stakeholders are important to us, and we will use the survey to help determine how best to improve teaching and learning, communications, and other important services.”
As with last year’s survey, the 2016 version is confidential and takes about 5-10 minutes to address a number of topics including leadership, culture, academic rigor, safety, and technology. The survey has also been customized so that there are different (but related) questions for students, staff, parents, and community. Individuals who fit into more than one category-for example, a staff member who is also the parent of a Gobles Public Schools student-can take the survey more than once in order to answer questions based upon each of the categories. In addition, parents who have students in more than one school are encouraged to take the survey specific to each school their children attend.
Team Gobles can’t wait to hear from all of it’s members. Please let us know what you think!
