All meets start at 4:30 and are generally done around 6:30. Five games are held in each room at each meet. Once you get to the host school they usually have signs as to where to go (usually we meet in the library area to start the evening).

Military Veterans Come to Gobles

On January 4th a few members of “Lest We Forget” Military Veterans came to the Gobles Middle/High School to talk to middle school and some high school students about their experiences in different wars they were involved in. These students listened with interest and had many questions for the veterans. As the students took notes on important facts, the Military Veterans told about the different roles they took on during each war.. They also told the students how important it was to remember and preserve the past of what they went through to fight for our country.

The Holiday Food Drive is in full swing! We are currently collecting non-perishables from the community and from area businesses. We also have dozens of coin collection cans out on check-out counters in the area. We really kicked the holiday collection off in a big way by collecting over $530.00 from our Turkey Bucks sale the week before Thanksgiving. We'd love to see the generosity continue so please donate in some way if you can! All collected money and goods will be taken to the local food pantry. Contact Carrie Butler, NHS advisor, if you have questions about the drive.
